Early Morning Farmers Market Street Photography - there is nothing better

Got to my ACT class an hour early but thankfully i had my camera and there was a farmers market going on right next door. enjoyable way to kill an hour.
pretty much every couple there either had a baby or a dog..so that's what all of my pictures ended up featuring.

that boy felt the music .

two men are after this crying lost boy and his balloon animal. (not really don't worry)

my favorite picture from this shoot, everything alined at just the right time, he bent down just enough to show his daughter behind him and right before i took the picture he locked eyes with the camera .

haha

I went to a navajo reservation this weekend so there are many many pictures to come but in the mean time... here are the funny highlights from the last two days...

L.A.- "maybe i'll just go to the hopi side to find an indian man"
Tanner  - " evan says if you date a hopi man you're going to get something loooong and hard.."
us- uh...
Tanner-" yeah they have looong last names that are HARD to say"
i guess we just have dirty minds.. but on the other hand my sister has such a pure little mind ...
while looking at this picture on post secret:

my sister - " wait.. so he likes to play the bagpipe ??"

Meet Beach Comber Bob

This is Beach Comber Bob, at least that's what he told me to call him. He is a long time resident of Santa Monica Beach in California. I heard him yelling before I even saw him. He was hobbling around with his cane, shuffling along the beach in his socks, yelling at birds and grunting to himself. it was all very interesting because he seemed to have a method to his chaos. i started talking to him and he opened up to me. telling me that he hurt his leg long ago and now he sympathizes with the seagulls with only one or no legs. i looked around and understood what he was talking about, nearly a fourth of the seagulls were injured, i never would have noticed. he comes to the beach 5 to 6 times a week but he only feeds the hurt seagulls, the rest he yells at and shoos them away becuase they tend to bully the hurt seagulls and take their food. Beach Comber Bob left me with some great advice, first of all "don't limit yourself by getting into debt" and second of all " do what makes you happy. don't wait to follow your dreams. there's just no point in wasting time like that."
